OVERVIEW
A central student and staff information system for Sancta Maria, consolidating records, communication, and administrative workflows that had previously lived across spreadsheets and paper files into one platform.
The Challenge
Institutions without a unified portal accumulate administrative debt over time: records scattered across tools that don’t talk to each other, increasing the odds of errors and slowing down even basic tasks like checking a student’s status or publishing a result.
Our Approach
Rather than building one generic dashboard for everyone, we structured the portal around the distinct roles actually using it, students, lecturers, and administrative staff, each seeing only the tools and information relevant to their role. This keeps the interface focused instead of overwhelming, and reduces the risk of someone accessing information or tools they shouldn’t.
