OVERVIEW

GOENT NG runs a broader ICT business than a typical electronics shop, computer sales, online printing services, and general ICT solutions, all under one brand. The site needed to represent all three lines of business clearly, without any one of them getting lost in the mix.

The Challenge

Multi-service businesses often end up with a website that reads like three unrelated companies stitched together. GOENT NG needed a single, coherent site where a customer could land on any one of the three services and immediately understand what else the business offers.Keep the build lean and fast without sacrificing a polished, professional look, a common tension for smaller businesses that don’t need (or want to pay for) a large, feature-heavy site.

Our Approach

We organised the site around three clear service pillars from the homepage down, with dedicated flows for each: browsing and ordering computer hardware, submitting print jobs, and requesting broader ICT support. Cross-links between sections mean a customer who came in for one service naturally discovers the others.

— WHAT WE BUILT —

Key Features

Three Service Pillars

Distinct, clearly signposted pillars for hardware, printing, and ICT solutions, rather than one blended offering.

Online Ordering

Computer sales handled through a proper online ordering flow, not just a static product list.

Print Job Submission

Direct, clearly signposted links to the college’s library system (Nutrices Bibliotheca) and student portal, so the main site acts as a single front door.

ICT Solutions Inquiry

A separate inquiry path for broader ICT support requests, distinct from the retail side of the business.A dedicated flow for customers to submit print jobs directly through the site.

Consistent Cross-Navigation

Navigation ties all three service lines together, so a visitor exploring one naturally discovers the others.

“We run three services under one roof, and for the first time our website actually reflects that instead of hiding two of them. Twenty97 made all three feel like one coherent business.”
